In 2025 I was hired to organize a team bonding outing for the Siegfriend Group and host a wine tasting dinner for 35 people in San Francisco. Using my connections from wine sales, I collaborated with the general manager of the Mediterranean restaurant Roaming Goat to develop a 7-course tasting menu with wine pairings (including dessert) and I also lead the dinner by providing information about each wine at the start of every course served.
