Finger Lakes wine Region Vacation package

While working as a sommelier, I had created a pitch deck for a well-known wine bar in New York City to develop a wine tourism arm of their business. The Experimental Cocktail Group and La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels already owned both wine bars and hotels in New York, London and France, and adding wine tourism to their portfolio made sense for the brand at a small scale. In this deck, I provided vendor options for transportation, restaurants and other non-wine centric experiences to develop tiered price options for a weekend trip to the Finger Lakes wine region in upstate New York.

La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels ended up launching their own Finger Lakes experience after I had moved on from the company, but I like to think that I helped inspire the idea!
